how do I return an item?

  • simply peel off the returns label included in your package and attach it to the front of your parcel then take to any An Post service. please allow up to 10 working days after we receive the goods for the refund to be credited to your bank account. please note: the An Post prepaid returns label is not guaranteed in every order
  • if you do not have a returns label, you can send your return to V. A. Graičiūno g. 10, VilniusA, Lithuania, LT-02241, (+370)38031589,
  • the rate charged will be at the customer’s expense and will depend on the postal service used.

can I drop a return to the warehouse?

  • yes, we are happy to accept returns to our warehouse, between 9 a.m.- 5 p.m monday - thursday and 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. friday.
  • please fill in your returns form as normal and include it with your package. we will then contact you about your refund within 24 hours.

why have I been charged €5 for my return?

  • vavavoom has partnered with An Post to offer our Irish customers reduced rates on returns. a charge of €5 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of postage using this service

can I exchange my order?

  • we don't offer exchanges. if you need to swap simply place a new order. you can then return your unwanted item to us for a refund. please note your refund may take 3-5 working days to show in your account.

i’ve received my order but it was faulty, what should I do?

  • all items are checked before leaving our warehouse, but if you do discover a flaw please send an image of the flaw to our customer care team who will advise you further: [email protected]

i’ve received a refund notification but the funds are not showing in my account yet?

  • once a refund has been processed you will receive a notification. it can take up to 5 working days depending on your bank to show in your account. please contact your bank if the transaction has not come through within this time.
