We hope you love your new stuff! But if not, V. A. Graičiūno g. 10 is happy to refund your items within 14 days from your order date excluding delivery charge, in accordance with S.I 484/2013- European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013. This is applicable to and Northern returns. Allow up to 10 working days for your account to be credited.

We must receive UK (ex. Northern ) and European (ex. ) returns within 28 days to guarantee a refund.

We do not accept returns on any beauty products.

Items must be returned with all original tags still attached and in original packaging. We do not accept returned items with make up/tan stains, or items that have been worn, soiled, damaged, or smell of smoke or any other odour. If returned items do not pass all necessary checks, they will not be accepted, and you will need to arrange collection or pay delivery costs to get it returned to you.

A refund or credit will only be guaranteed if the item is returned in perfect condition and within the time frames stated above, starting from the date on your delivery note. Any items received after this date will not be accepted. Return of goods will be at your own cost.

Please indicate on your delivery note the reason for returning the item. You must return your delivery note with your item so we can trace your order and issue your refund or store credit

 

Free Returns Service

We offer FREE RETURNS when you opt for store credit instead of a refund. Otherwise, €5 will be deducted from your refund when the returns label is used. Please tick the preferred return option on the back of your invoice.

Free returns are only eligible for items returned within 14 days of purchase. Drop your parcel to any post office.

  • If you have used a store credit/gift card to purchase, you cannot avail of our Free Returns option.
  • Store credit will be issued after a return inspection.
  • Store credit cannot be reversed to a refund.
  • When the preferred return option is not ticked on the back of the invoice or not included in the parcel, the return is defaulted to a store credit instead of a refund.

€5 Simple Returns (Rep. Of Only)

Simply peel off the returns label included in your package and attach it to the front of your parcel then take to any An Post service.
Please allow up to 10 working days after we receive the goods for the refund to be credited to your bank account.

  • Please note: the An Post prepaid returns label is not guaranteed in every order

  • The rate charged will be at the customer’s expense and will depend on the postal service used.

International and Northern Returns

Returns can be sent to V. A. Graičiūno g. 10, VilniusA, Lithuania, LT-02241, (+370)38031589, , from your chosen courier service.

The rate charged will depend on the courier used. This charge will be the customer’s responsibility.

If you return an item from outside the EU, you may be subject to additional import charges. These charges can be paid directly at anpost.com/paycustoms in order to have your parcel released and a refund issued.

Excessive Returns

If we notice that you have an unusually high level of returns, we may not send your order and your account will automatically be refunded.
