can I collect my order from you?

• yes, if you would prefer to collect your order from our (+370)38031589 warehouse, just choose "County Louth" at the checkout when entering an address, and the option to click and collect will appear on the following page!

when will my order be ready for collection?

• your order will be ready for collection on the day it was placed. a member of our customer care team will let you know when it is ready for you.  please don’t attempt collection before you have been contacted. collection times are as follows:
• 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday to Thursday
• 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. Friday
• Closed - Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays
• if you need it in a hurry, send us an email at [email protected] and we will aim to have it ready for you within an hour.
